This was the last piece I completed while on my beadwork journey. I had always been fascinated by these wonderful, over the top collars. They look magnificent, they look so complicated, and they are just beautiful. It took a long time to design, construct and execute this piece.
Here is the legend of all the different beads and other costume embellishments. The trick is to co ordinate all the shades in a pleasing manner and smoothly incorporate the dichroic focal. The backing is felt and leather, the clasp is copper.
